Senior management changes at Broker Network
Broker Network have announced that with effect from
1st January 2010 Nick Houghton, currently Sales &
Marketing Director, will be appointed Managing Director of Broker
Network and Countrywide, subject to regulatory approval.
Nick Houghton’s appointment will allow Grant
Ellis, as Chairman, to concentrate on an ambassadorial role,
continuing to work with members, insurers and the industry at large
to influence change and to promote recognition of the importance of
the independent broker sector to the UK economy.
Martyn Denney, formerly Managing Director of
Broker Network Insurance Brokers (now merged with Towergate retail
division) is appointed to the post of Sales and Marketing Director
of Cullum Capital Ventures (Editors: see separate CCV Press
Release)
Amanda Blanc, Deputy Group CEO of Towergate
Partnership is appointed to the Board of Broker Network Ltd.
Andy Homer Group CEO of Towergate Partnership
said.
“These changes signal a strong investment in
our Network offering to over 700 members over the next 3 years and
with the energy of Nick and the knowledge and experience of Grant
we have the dream team to achieve this. Our objective remains
to grow membership numbers to 1000 over this period.”
