Towergate Underwriting launches new Specialist Risks Liability Facility

Towergate Underwriting Liability and Construction (TULAC) today announces the launch of a new special risks liability facility backed by insurers QBE and Novae.  The new facility is designed for a wide range of trades and occupations, including high risk trades and work undertaken at hazardous locations.
