Towergate has today published its Gender Pay Gap report for 2017.

From April 2017, all organisations with over 250 employees are required to report their gender pay gap on an annual basis.

Towergate is one of the UK’s largest independent insurance intermediaries and is committed to transparency, equality and the fair treatment of all our employees.
