Coronavirus (Covid-19) – Update for Towergate Insurance Brokers customers

With the COVID-19 Coronavirus situation evolving daily, we want to reassure our customers and partners that we are continuing to follow government guidance, and have been working for some time to prepare for all potential outcomes for our business and to support clients and customers through this sustained period of uncertainty.  

 

Towergate Insurance Brokers is currently operating business as usual. At the same time, we are working behind the scenes on a range of plans to continue serving clients without interruption and ensure we are prepared, should guidance and advice change quickly. This includes giving our colleagues the ability to work from home or alternative locations, which we hope will limit the disruption and enable you to speak to us for advice and support should you need it.

We are also working closely with our insurer partners to ensure we can continue to help new customers, and service our existing customers to the usual levels you expect from us, including with claims and mid-term changes.

If at any point you are struggling to speak to your usual contact, please email TIB@towergate.co.uk and we will ensure someone who can help gets in touch as quickly as possible. Please include the following:

  • Your name
  • Your usual Towergate contact (if you have one)
  • Your best contact details including telephone number
  • Your policy reference number (if you know it) or your postcode

We understand that this is an uncertain and worrying time for many and, as always, we are committed to helping and guiding you where we can.
