We’re very proud to share news that Towergate Insurance Brokers has been awarded the Investor in Customers (IIC) Gold award for 2020.

The process involved seeking feedback from thousands of Towergate Insurance Brokers clients and colleagues to independently assess their satisfaction of our client service proposition.

This assessment, which took place earlier this year, resulted in a Gold award, which is the highest standard awarded by IIC to businesses, which the business has achieved in its second year of undertaking the assessment. This follows its Silver status in 2019.
