Towergate are incredibly proud to share the news that for the third year running, they have been awarded the Investor in Customers (IIC) Gold award for 2022.
Over the summer, the business asked thousands of clients and colleagues to provide feedback to independently assess the service and overall client proposition provided.
This assessment resulted in a Gold award, which is the highest standard awarded by IIC to businesses, and Towergate are particularly thrilled that this is the third consecutive time they have been awarded this level, after also achieving the acumen in 2020 and 2021.
Towergate prides itself on the service, experience and expertise it provides to clients and is committed to continuing this by also learning from the valuable feedback provided to continue to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
