Towergate Norwich has been created by taking an already well running Towergate team and bringing together two well established and experienced broking teams from the local area; Smith & Pinching General Insurance Services and Waveney Insurance Brokers.
From our office located in Norwich City Centre, we don’t just offer traditional insurance risk transfer. We believe that prevention is better than cure, which is why we have our own Risk Management Consultancy focusing on pre-loss risk mitigation and business continuity. Should the unexpected happen, we also offer post loss recovery, with a team of qualified experts to get you back on your feet as soon as possible. In addition to general insurance, we have specialists in Energy, Marine and Offshore, and Removal Contractors, with our technical experts able to advise on your insurance and risk management needs.

To enhance the offering to our clients, we have our own Healthcare & Employee Benefits division, a team of Credit specialists.
Furthermore, we have partnered with Chartered Loss Adjustors to provide valuation services and a nationwide firm of Independent Financial Advisors who are experts in Corporate advice, covering Financial Planning, Protection & Pensions.
We work with all the major UK insurers, including Lloyds of London in addition to having access to specific facilities to allow a tailored approach to the placement of insurances for our clients.
