Void Insurance

Our cover is specifically designed to meet the needs of Housing Associations and other Social Landlords, who wish to protect their "void" exposures.

If you are providing housing for people with special needs, be it learning, mental or physical difficulties, the policy can, subject to underwriting terms and conditions, provide insurance for loss of rent, or related support costs, following a void resulting from the death or change in needs of a tenant.

Why rely on a fund built up by way of a void provision in the rent structure, when you can release cash funds by replacing this with an insurance premium, almost certainly lower than the void provision.
