As the Prime Minister is set to make an announcement to the public on 22 February regarding his 'roadmap' out of lockdown 3.0, we wanted to let you know about a free 'Roadmap out of Lockdown' webinar hosted by our commercial partner Ellis Whittam.
After two months in limbo, Boris Johnson has promised to “set out the beginnings of our roadmap for a way forward for the whole country as the vaccine programme intensifies, and as more and more people acquire immunity, a steady programme for beginning to unlock.”
While very few details have been confirmed, it is thought that next week's roadmap will be similar to what was announced last May, which gave dates for non-essential retail and hospitality businesses to reopen, as well as the return of sports and easing of restrictions on mixing.
What does this mean for your business?
Join a webinar on Wednesday 24 February at 2pm in the aftermath of this latest announcement, where Ellis Whittam's Health & Safety Director, Nick Wilson and Employment Law Director, James Tamm, will be giving their initial reaction to the PM’s plans, helping businesses to better understand exactly what this means for them, and explaining what you need to do to prepare for safe reopening and a smooth return to work when the time comes.
The webinar focuses on ensuring you are well equipped to re-open and adjust to the new norm, as well as laying out exactly what the roadmap means in terms of Employment Law and Health & Safety for businesses.
